It allows Colgate employees to view jobs open for referrals. It syncs your social media accounts to help you refer friends with a single click. You can even share the jobs on your social profiles with a unique tracking link to enable your connections view and apply for jobs as your referrals.

You, as a Colgate employee, will receive referral bonus in accordance with your referral program.
